Frequency Connection to Food

Celery thru the Omega for daily Celery Juice

Everything has frequency. 7.83 Hz is the vibrational frequency of the the earth’s electromagnetic field. The average healthy body frequency is 62-72 MHz. When the frequency drops the immune system is compromised. If the frequency drops to 58 MHz, cold and flu symptoms appear, at 55 MHz, diseases like Candida take hold, at 52 MHz, Epstein Barr and at 42 MHz, Cancer. According to Dr. Royal R. Rife, every disease has a frequency. He found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and that others would destroy disease.

So what can we do on a day-to-day basis to keep our frequency high? The wonderful news is that achieving that ‘high frequency’ can start at home in your kitchen. Raise the ‘living food’ you intake and decrease the ‘dead food’ you intake. We’re made of energy and to heal and to do that the body needs to be in higher vibrational frequencies. Meat is very low vibration and very dense as it is a ‘dead food’. Fruits and vegetables are ‘living foods’ that grow and thrive in the sunlight. I am a big fan of introducing more fruits and vegetables into ones diet through juicing. You start with a low-speed, masticating juicer, like this one by Omega. A great way to jump start cleaning up your system and raising your frequency is by drinking 16oz of straight, fresh celery juice every day. I am a big fan of the books written by Anthony Williams and use his principles of the ‘No Foods’, bye-bye ‘Fruit Fear’ and celery juice in my consulting practice.

For those that LOVE essential oils, they help raise and maintain the frequency of your body. Essential oils start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz (which is the frequency of rose oil). Clinical research shows that essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus cannot thrive. This is why it is so beneficial to use them in your daily life!
